All of our fitness programs are multidisciplinary; focusing on nutrition and overall well-being as well as exercise. You’ll begin with a FREE consultation to establish your aims, and discuss your current lifestyle, activity levels and any concerns. The consultation also serves as an opportunity for client and trainer to get to know each other. Following the consultation, your first session will consist of a series of tests designed to gauge your current fitness levels (including blood pressure, flexibility, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness). From here your trainer will put together a progressive program designed specifically to meet your needs.
