Bootcamp is an outdoor circuit-style class offering a total body workout - perfect for shedding the pounds, firming up and getting yourself fit for summer!
The focus is on having fun and working together but making sure your muscles are worked hard so that you know about it the next day! Sessions run whatever
the weather so be prepared to get a bit mucky as we'll be down on the ground a lot! All ages (16+) and fitness levels welcome. £5 per class. This is a drop in class, but for best results come every week!
BUGGY BOOTCAMP, Tuesdays & Thursdays

KHAI BO, Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm, Waterbeach school gym. Cost £30 for 6 classes (valid over 8 weeks) or pay £6 on the door.
Wednesday night Bootcamp has now finished and we're moving back indoors. First indoor class (at the school) is on Wednesday 5th October. This class
will no longer be a strictly 'Khai Bo' class, but will remain as a bootcamp-style workout. Think circuit-training class with a big helping of fun thrown in!
Khai Bo is an energising workout suitable for men and women of all fitness levels. The class is set to music and mixes choreographed kick-boxing moves with total-body circuits. Participants work at their own level and, above all, have fun!

Newnham Student BodyBlitz, Michaelmas Term 2011. Tuesday 6:00-6:45pm in the Jane Harrison Room, Newnham College. This class will be different every week; comprising circuit training, body conditioning and some good old-fashioned aerobics. University students only. £3 per class.
BodyBlast/TTB, Wednesdays 9.45-10.45am, The Barn Gym, Girton (members only).
This class concentrates on the areas of the hips, bottom and stomach, giving a tightening/toning effect to those ever important areas.
